CORNARD ON A ROLL WITH TWO WINS.
The First Division leadership has changed hands 5 times in the past 12 days. Swaffham Town are the current incumbents after ending Downham Town’s 100% home record in a 2-2 draw on Tuesday evening and a 5-2 home win over Braintree Town Reserves on Saturday.
At the bottom Cornard United gained their first wins of the season by beating Braintree Town Reserves 2-1 away on Tuesday and AFC Sudbury Reserves 2-0 at home on Saturday. It is the first time that Cornard have won two matches in succession for over 5 years!
