----------
Two games in two days took their toll, the young lads that played in the FA Youth Cup needed to be on the bench. We were outplayed in the opening 30 minutes due to the physical strength of the visitors, no complaints as they were just that more experienced than our lads, I am sure even in defeat they would have learnt a lot from last night. After a tough run of games, we next have Kings Lynn Town Reserves who have also started very well in their debut season in Eastern Counties League One. Nice to see a couple of Braintree Town fans at our game last night, also the Manager of league rivals Haverhill Borough come to watch.
