Hi All,
New to this board so first ever post! With this horrible fixture list at the minute, any idea how Devonshire will prioritise the Forest Green and Lincoln games? Any sign of team changes, as the last five games have been pretty consistent, partciularly fielding the same back 4 in all of them. Likewise any one know how Forest Green will approach the match?

Anyone know if their is going to be a commentary? There is nothing yet listed on the BBC site, and a search of the BBC Essex and Gloucestershire sites comes up with nothing. So assume there is not to be one.

Hi All, New to this board so first ever post! Welcome stripeyman any one know how Forest Green will approach the match? I see FGR as being a club like us, operating in a relatively small catchment, only they have a decade or more experience of operating at this level of football and apparently with more money than sense. They seem to view us with an air of superiority both on and off the pitch when we've met in the last couple of seasons. They're in good form, so I expect they'll just hope to to carry on from where they left off Tuesday - which is pretty well where we are. Anyone know if their is going to be a commentary? There is nothing yet listed on the BBC site, and a search of the BBC Essex and Gloucestershire sites comes up with nothing. So assume there is not to be one. I wouldn't assume anything at this stage 1672, A Thursday game is quite novel, I expect that BBC Gloucs will be calling the game as I've never known them miss an FGR game.

Your deduction, ozbrit, was right. This morning the BBC Sport website says that BBC Radio Gloucestershire are commentating on the match. Thanks for that.

Have to say so far I am enjoying the very polite and enjoyable commentry from BBC Gloustershire. Although it does sound like we under the cosh a little. Looking at the team line up I think def we will have 3 subs come on. Come on boys hold firm and a point is better than 0 and takes us to magic 50 !! . COYI

We're doing well, the BBC Gloucs are doing their bit by respecting us as a club and what we're achieving, good for them. Looks like FGR have dominated but as they always say it's the goals that count. Hopefully we can push their attack back a bit second half, it sounds as if our defence are doing terrifically well. I'll be happy with a point from this one. GoIRONGo! Match commentary here: www.bbc.co.uk/englandcms/livestreams/int16.asx

It sounds like the FGR fans can seek some solace after the game by joining the sheep in the adjoining paddock, is Stroud in Wales, I know it's close

Stroud isn't far from Swindon, no. About 45 minutes I'd say. Could've made the first fixture if it wasn't for the postponement, gutted I couldn't be there tonight for this superb win.

Stroud is in Cloucestershire, not Wales and not close to Swindon which is in Wiltshire. Great result though.

Stroud is in Cloucestershire, not Wales and not close to Swindon which is in Wiltshire. Great result though. Google directions show its 23 miles between Swindon and Nailsworth via Cirencester we call that a power walk downunder! Agreed great result, safe journey home lads.
