I see on the BSS website that Nicky Eyre is back at Stortford. Lets hope Nick Morgan doesn't return to Braintree!! He'd obviously have no chance of getting first team action with Nathan in such fine form. I guess he wouldn't be a bad bench warmer seeing as we're quite light of reserve keepers!
Good news for those who go to the Stortford away game. Nicky E always takes a good pounding from the Iron faithful!!

having seen ollie morris sanders play for wivenhoe, heybridge hes an able deputy and from what i read on here the other week hes available to be recalled at any time from Hornchurch. also having seen morgan a couple of times last year hes not the best. looks like there wont be a keeper on the bench regularly anyway.

think Ollie played the one game for Barkingside, he's playing for AFC Hornchurch at the moment. He'll come back when we have injuries.
Dont rate Nick Morgan if I'm honest and theres no point bringing him back when we have Nathan in the form he's in and we can recall Ollie when needed.

Nicky will always get stick from the Iron faithful as he used to live 500 yards from the quag end in Stubbs Lane, I went to school with his mum Julie and apart from a couple of under 19 England call ups and a spell at Tottenham (youth and reserves, i think) and Grays has never got out of conference. Always thought himself too good for Braintree and look at him now, doubt if he is good enough to get into Braintree Town now!!! (All said with tongue in cheek, ofcourse!!) Never really followed his career till I went to buy his mums bungalow in Stubbs Lane and saw the pictures and trophies in the hall.

Eyresey? Should've stayed at Bishop's Stortford Swifts. Better standard!
