Some of you may have already recieved this message on Facebook
Hello my fellow Irons!
I know that I am probably the most unpopular Braintree Town supporter in history for the way I have behaved and treated some of you on the Iron Chatter forum. For this I cant apoligise enough and hope to make up for my poor behaviour and attitude.
For those of you who dont know, I posted a series of stories (facts only I must add) onto the forum before BTFC had put the story on their official website. With some of the news it had been posted onto another clubs website (such as James Hawes move to Sutton United or Louis Riddle to Bishops Stortford). I realise now with announcing the departures of Louis, Billy and Mark (who has since returned to Cressing Road) that not only did I undermine Lee Harding's position of club chairman who should be announcing news to the supporters but came very close to costing Mark Sansom his position at the club (I have already apoligised to Mark for this, and although I do not expect him to talk to me I just hope he can forgive me for my wrong doing).
To make up for my unacceptable behaviour to staff & supporters of the club I support, I have offered the chairman of BTFC to make the club a new official website using the football website builder, Pitchero.
Pitchero is being used by clubs such as AFC Totton, Maidenhead United and Wivenhoe Town. Please take five minutes to check these club's websites over and have a look through all the features on each of the different clubs site.
I can improve the lay-out for our own site, add new and different features, regularly keep the player profiles up-to-date and will only post news that I have been given the authorisation by the club onto the new site (if given permission by Lee Harding to go ahead with my idea).
I would like to know each any everyone of your opinions on the Pitchero layout and whether you think a new up-to-date site for Braintree Town Football Club is really needed.
Thank you for taking the time for reading this message, I hope that you are all having a good 'off-season' and look forward to seeing you at Cressing Road during 2009/10.
Hope you are all well
Yours Sincerely,
Graham Pritchard
