Chiedozie will have to be well managed during his loan spell

Braintree Town manager Danny Cowley knows he will have to keep a close eye on how he uses Jordan Chiedozie during his loan spell with the Iron.
The 21-year-old made an instant impact as he scored on his first appearance since joining on a loan deal from Cambridge United as Braintree won 2-1 at Bromley, but he was subsitituted after 60 minutes.
However, Cowley knows the energetic forward well after having Chiedozie on loan while Concord Rangers boss last year so knows how to get the best out of him and said he was conscious of not over-playing the striker.
“He offers a different dimension up front,” said Cowley.
“He is different from our other forwards with the movement he has and he will get better as he gets fitter.
“However, we have to manage him in the right way.
“Jordan is a race horse and we have to look after his body in the right way.
“He makes such high intensity runs and has a tendency to run himself out so we have to make sure we manage that in games and make sure he trains intelligently as well.
“We know that and I think that’s why he found success with us at Concord.
“It was always the plan to give him 60 minutes at Bromley, even though we didn’t really want to take him off then.
“However, those types of players who make those high intensity runs tend to fatigue and if you play them into or beyond fatigue, that’s when they can get muscle tears and strains so we had to manage him intelligently.”

Braintree Town boss Danny Cowley
Braintree Town manager Danny Cowley wants his players to control games better after claiming their first league win of the season on Tuesday at Bromley.
Goals from Dan Sparkes and Jordan Chiedozie, on his debut, put Braintree 2-0 up going into the final stages of the match.
Moses Ademola grabbed one back for Bromley late on to make it a nervous finish, but the Irons managed to hold on.
Their first Vanarama National League win under Cowley comes after a hard-fought goalless draw with Tranmere Rovers on Saturday and Cowley hopes his team can keep progressing the way they are.
"It's always nice to get your first win under the belt and it was a good result," said Cowley. "We had good control for 70 minutes of the match and were well worthy of our two-goal lead and probably should have been more clinical and put the game to bed.
"The fact that we didn't, and they got a goal, changed the momentum of the game and we had to dig in deep at the depth to get over the line.
"We probably needed to manage those last 20 minutes better than we did but you can understand the players being nervous and anxious.
"If you look at the four matches we've had and divide them into eight halves I think we've only had one bad half and that was the second half against Lincoln.
"In the other seven halves we've had pretty good control of the game but we're certainly not getting carried away.
"We've got a lot of work to do still and we need to try and be more clinical in and around the box.
"Good teams, even when they haven't got the momentum, are able to control those moments and that's something we're still working on."
Next up for Town is a home game on Saturday against Southport, who are still without a win, and Cowley wants his side to build on their current run.
"It was certainly good to win and it's good that we're now two unbeaten," he said. "We will go into the Southport game and we want to keep that unbeaten run going.
"We want to be difficult to beat and that's how we want to set out. Southport will be fighting for their lives and very keen to get some points on the board.
"We're under no illusions for how tough it is going to be so we will approach it in the right way.
"The players have shown a real focus and desire in the last two games and it's important we take that into Saturday."
