Not a good match for the IRON going on the BBC match-day commentary or Devs post-match comments. Though both teams haven't played for weeks, it was the cards who seemed the more up for it. Oh well, we can't win them all I guess.

Agreed and a strong side will be playing on Tuesday to (hopefully) put right a few things ...

Have to agree with both Barry and IW, and this is how I saw players performances.
Nick Hamman was outstanding and kept us in the game single handedly 1st half with several great saves. Ryan Peters did OK but not upto his usual standard. Sam Haberghan had a nightmare. Dean Wells. Thank god for Deano at the centre of defence. Alan Massey as Deano above. Kenny Davis suffering the aftermath of flu and it showed. Matt Paine never in control of midfield where they controlled the game. Chez Isaacs. Possibly his worst game of the season, although he was injured 1st half. James Mulley disappeared for most of the game. Dan Holman. One good effort 1st half but that was about it. Is he fit? Sean Marks worked hard but is in need of a goal to restore his confidence.
Jordan Cox livened up the front line and worked his socks off. No one but the Ref knows why his goal was disallowed. Luke Daley looked lively and caused them problems but with no end result. Bernard Mensah. Had not enough time on the pitch to form a valid opinion.
End of term report. MUST DO BETTER.
