"Actually I agree with Rob, Les. The music system has been broken since the end of last season and because we are the tenants, the athletics centre has not sorted it out and obviously it is more than our jobsworth at the moment to make them fix it. The atmosphere in the ground is terrible at the moment and this is part of the reason, there has been plenty of complaints on twitter about the lack of music. I believe that we are not doing the little things right at the moment and that contributes. For example no-one on our management team can work out to use our electronic numbers board for substitutes and injury time! They carried it out and laid it to rest on the side of the dugout, and it was never taken out of the covering."
