For those not making the short trip over the bridge or watching the ressies, there's match commentary online by courtesy of BBC Kent and as your clocks are still ahead by one hour and we're still on winter time the kick off downunder is midnight. Being the big boy I am, I think I'll listen to this one on the desktop and chat to fellow Iron fans on here The link to the live commentary is here: bbc.co.uk/radio/listen/live/bbckent.asx

HT Dartford 0 IRON 0. Sounds like we had a quiet half, Hopefully the half time pep talk will get our lads going.

I always felt we were going to win the game!! I thought Dartford were poor, we should of been 1 up at the break when Luke was through but shot wide. Devo's half time talk got the boys pumped up. It was frustrating at times but a great result. Deano and Massey were excellent at the back, was also great to see Liam get his first for the club.

Another solid performance from this TEAM of ours. Both full backs ( Ryan & Sam) did well, and Alan Massey improves with every game. Think he is learning from Deano who had another brilliant match. In midfield captain Kenny was again pulling the strings with good support from Matt & Chez. The only down for me was upfront where Marksy worked his socks off ( as usual) without reward while both Luke Daley and Dan Holman seem to be out of form and IMO not fully fit yet. I think Devs was well aware of this as he substituted both players and replacements Dan Sparkes and new boy Liam did well and gave the Dartford defence more to think about. Liams goal was a cracker.

I thought overall the second half display deserved the win, also fair play to their keeper for taking some friendly banter in good spirit. My first visit to Dartford who have a nice little stadium. Fellow Hornet Kev was also on good form. Great afternoon all round.
