CHEEK......................
They don't know of the spirit of the iron.
Would like it to be a iron win to put them in their place.

Followed the game on the Portsmouth News live feed, to say they were disparaging about the Ground, facilities and area would be an understatement. Braintree are at least a well run club - unlike Portsmouth, to my knowledge have never put local companies out of business by going into administration twice.
Some of their fans have still got their heads in the premiership - League Two is going to be an awful shock for them.

I expect that they were a little bit kinder about our team, who pretty much outplayed Portsmouth from start to finish. Final score was 0-0. Most of the game was played in the Portsmouth half. I can only remember them having one shot, which Hamann saved late on. For Iron Symons and Cox both forced the keeper to make good saves late on. BRAINTREE TEAM (second half substitutes in brackets) Nathan McDonald (Nik Hamann), Ryan Peters (Sam Griffiths), Sam Habergham (Newman Carney), Dean Wells (Matt Paine), Alan Massey (Charlie Wassmer), Chez Isaacs (Nicky Symons), James Mulley, Matt Witchelow (Dan Sparkes), Kenny Davis, Sean Marks (Jordan Cox), Dan Holman (Gregg Akalpele).
