Massive snow flurry going on outside. What are the chances of tomorrows match going on? Dartford is not that far away as the crow flies

was working at the crossing today and it was cold and windy, but there was little settling snow and the ground was not frozen. i think overnight there is due to be a fair bit more snow there and some settling. there is due to be some sun tomorrow though and positive temperatures. as long as there isnt too much snow on the pitch, it should melt in time for the evening and the main worries would be plummeting temperatures freezing the pitch, or the thawing snow causing waterlogging.

off Tonights game is postponed - Dartford FC vs Braintree 12th March 2013
Submitted by Clare Weeks on Tue, 12/03/2013 - 13:29 First TeamInformation Despite a great effort from our Grounds Team to get the game on tonight, the referee has declared the game is off due to a part frozen pitch. With ground temperatures currently reading -2, the pitch will not thaw in time for tonight’s game.
A new date will be announced once both clubs confirm.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
