Whilst at the tournament at upton park last year, Bobby and myself saw Jordan playing and he came to us for pre-season training, he needs a bit of time but is scoring and doing well at avaley this pre season we shall see i would have thought.

Heard he had scored 25 goals for averly so far this season, question if he was dual registered why has it taken so long for him to come back?

The calls to get these players back to play in the Conference is irrational. To score 20 goals in Ryman north is on the same scale as Arsenal loaning a player out to Cheltenham where he hits the net on a regular basis, but does it mean he'd also be a hot shot in the Premier league?
Good luck to young Jordan, he'll find there's a world of difference in trying to outfox the Mansfield defence than Potter bars.

And if he never gets a chance you aint never gonna know !! - Guy is/has been called for to return and some will say he is priven at this level ? Yet Cox has better stats than Guy.... just maybe

I think it's obvious Guy is good enough to play at BSP level. He has played and scored goals at league level for Oxford, Colchester, Port Vale, Dagenham & Redbridge. Hopefully his stint at Maldon is all about getting his confidence back after his horrific injury. My worry about Cox is that he looks a little light weight for this league. Could well be a little fox in the box though.

well the picture of him on the link above hardly shows him as small - Guy is not going to return to BSP level and be as effective.

I hope Jordan goes on to become our greatest ever. I often get the impression here that some don't recognise the level we play at. Aveley and Maldon play many leagues below us.
