CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS FIRST AWARD WINNERS
Congratulations go to Cambridge University Press who have been announced as the winners of the award for the best overall performance in August and September Thurlow Nunn League fixtures. Cambridge University Press are the first winners of this new bi-monthly award generously sponsored by Thurlow Nunn. It is intended that the award be presented prior to the club's home fixture on Saturday October 27th against Braintree Town Reserves.
They will receive a cheque for £150 as their prize and will also receive a further £100 to be donated to a charity of the club’s choosing. That will be Romsey Mill, the club’s adopted charity for this year.
Club spokesman, Gary Crick said “We are delighted to have won this award. It is great recognition for the players and coaching staff at the club. We are also delighted that our charity, Romsey Mill, can share in our success.”
