Game was cancelled by the Ref after a brief pitch inspection at 2pm.
Several people had worked hard to get the game on, but, the Ref had no intention of playing once he saw the rain, whilst he was coming into Braintree.
A lot of people thought the pitch was playable and we've certainly played on worse surfaces (especially last Thurs.)
Both sides were disappointed.
