On Saturday 11th July 1st team squad did 2 full training sections, God do they work hard, team is looking sharp, fast and full of passion.
As Joe Bruce said he has never worked so Hard.

Then after training ICE BATHS, followed by Swimming Sauna Steam Rooms at the Essex Country Club at Earls Colne.

Rounded off with a great Barbecue.

Looking good for new season. I think we will surprise a few people.

That said, despite being obviously destined for mediocrity, I can't help but feel the boy Garvs knows his stuff. Perhaps we might 'stay up' after all

I think we might just suprise a few cos from what I've seen this will be the fittest and quickest Braintree Town squad for years. Everyone I have spoken to has been impressed with what has been achieved over the summer and personally I can't wait to see them back playing football!
