The 100 Club are delighted that the Supporters Club voted in their AGM late July to match our contribution to the purchase of the new pitch maintenance machine, and together we will have contributed 50% of the cost with BTFC paying the balance. For those who didn't read the previous thread on this at the end of last season, the new machine is state of the art and is the same as used by many Premier league and Football league clubs. It was hoped to have the new machine by now, but due to demand the delivery date has been put back to early September.
Both Bobby Ritchie and Steve Townsend wish to thank the 100 Club and the Supporters Club for their efforts to make the purchase possible.
The 100 Club is already up and running for the new season and we are delighted that S.R.COOPER Ltd are once again sponsoring a monthly prize draw the first of which will be at the home game with Aldershot on August 31st.
100 Club members pledge to contribute 100 pounds during the season and this can be paid in whichever way suits, either in a lump sum or by weekly/monthly instalments but you must be up to date in order to be eligible for the draw. Other items we have purchased over the years include the TRAINING goals, RADIOS for the stewards and professional KIT BOXES used on away matches.
If you are interested in joining I can be found in the Club House before most games.

Just a reminder that the August prize draw will be made before the match with Aldershot on Monday 31st August. Some members have yet to make any payment and to be eligible for the draw will need to see me prior to the game with their money in order to be included in the draw.
The 100 Club have recently purchased more equipment to aid the clearing of the terraces after match days.

As a result of the Football Clubs request for the supporters to help with funds to maintain our current playing squad, several members of the 100 Club have requested that their pledges for this season be put to that use. Therefore we have recently given £1000 to the Football Club for that specific purpose.
If any members of the 100 Club are not willing for their pledges to be used in this way, then their payments will be reserved for other purposes all of which will be used for the benefit of the Football Club. Please let me know if you wish your monies to go towards the playing fund or not. Thank you Les Clear
We are pleased that the new pitch maintenance machine has now been delivered and has already been in action preparing the pitch for yesterdays match with Barrow. It was interesting that Phil Merrin (ozbrit) commented yesterday (on another thread) how good the pitch now looks.
Bobby Ritchie and Steve Townsend wish to thank once again the members of both the 100 Club and the Supporters Club to make purchase of the machine possible, and also to thank Nigel of Berewood Grass Machinery for his help and advice in selecting the correct machine.

The 100 Club together with financial support from both the Supporters Club and the newly formed FSA (Friends & Supporters Association) are pleased that we will this week be handing over a further £1000 to the Football Club towards the cost of maintaining our current playing squad.
Good to see all supporters coming together to help the Football Club in our push towards the Football League.
