I think we need to look at where we are at. Let's all pull together and get behind our boys. I do believe we must stop finger-pointing we are team on and off the field. We need to get back to basics and rebuild.and if what we do doesn't work, we mustn't be afraid to change things Let's look at the foundations of this great club because if the foundations aren't right whatever we try and build will not stand. We all know the injury problems we've had this season, but the lads we`v go out there are good enough to carry through. We are winners, because we don't give up only losers give up. Believe we are going to come through this tough time.

I do believe we must stop finger-pointing we are team on and off the field. oneshine, I am someone who does not watch the first team but watches our Reserves, but enjoy to read how all the local sides are doing including the first team. I hope you will allow me this opinion. Sorry disagree with your dig at the supporters. Supporters pay their entrance fee & travel long distances to see their team and are allowed an opinion. I can see nothing wrong in constructive comments by “kieros” “Ironmansimon” “dbbn” they travel home & away and clearly love the club. I like to read what they have to say as I know they won't sugarcoat it. If everyone has to say that it was excellent when it clearly wasn’t what is the point of an open forum. Even Dev's has said in the newspaper for Chesterfield & Grimsby what he thought and he didn't sugarcoat it for the players. Have a read of : braintreeforum.proboards.com/thread/5484/fa-cup-iron-chesterfield-6 the first two posters of the three I take note of "kieros" "ironmansimon" give comments on their posts about how things can be improved - they are supporters. Edit : The "Yes" men of the forum are no more loyal to the club than the likes of the 3 posters I have mentioned.

MDS thanks for your reply to my post. I don't think you fully understood what I was saying I was by no means having a go at the supporters of this club or having a dig as you put it. What I was trying to say let's go back to the things we were getting right from the positions we finished in the last 3 seasons. There were a lot of things we were doing right from my experience of managing people and getting the best out of them. We need to focus on the things that they are doing right and build on them and look to eliminate things that are going wrong.the question I ask is when you've done something wrong . You know it don't you think they know it We need to be encouraged to get it right.I can assure you I am not someone who just says well done when I know very well it went badly wrong I think that Dev`s and his team will be working on the things that are going wrong and I've got the faith in them that they will put it right

Mark you totally misunderstood my 1st post. This is obvious from your comments. As I've said, before there is no way I was criticising the Braintree supporters.orangenblue understood and knew where I was coming from. And I don't know how you could say that I was having a dig at supporters from that post. There are players in Braintree side who are struggling with confidence at the moment and what I was saying, let's try and get behind these guys and help build their confidence. And as for devs saying his team was poor to the paper, don't see anything wrong with that. I have`nt read the report, but I'm sure he didn't talk about individuals.and only spoke about his team's performance. I hope this hasn't confused you even more.
