Given the last few performances who would be your starting XI for Sunday? Mine: Nik Ryan P Sam Omar Alan Mitch Kenny Simeon Dan W Charlie Jordan In a 4-4-2 formation. Subs James Dan S Matt I feel if we play Sean, we might as well just pack up and go home and watch the losing result come through on final score. I hope Devs sees this too. Again this is my view be good to see other wannabe managers to see what they would do.

I would personally go with: Nick Ryan, Alan, Sam Mitch Sparkes, Chez, Kenny, Mulley Akinola Strutton
3-1-4-1-1 with Akinola sat slightly behind Strutton so he can receive the ball and make those dangerous runs and maybe even a draw a foul or two from the defenders and hopefully feeding the ball to Charlie. Have James and Sparkes making the wide runs and Kenny and Chez holding down midfield with Mitch acting as a defensive midfielder and covering Alan when Sam and Ryan support the attacks. Sean wouldn't make this list simply because it is too big an occassion and we would only be going backwards if he were to play. Bench would have: Carl, Walker, Jordan, Steven and Matt. Also, my own opinion!

Joe Maybanks missed our game on Tuesday due to an injury, but if he is fit or Joe Moore who was picked last round or any of our Reserves boys it would be nice to hear they have made the bench. No opinion on the starting 11 as only know of Carl Pentney, Steve Smith, Matt Paine & Ryan Case who have appeared for the reserves.
Good luck, I will be watching from my armchair. (We have a weekend off due to 19 clubs in our division)

Glad to see we all agree on 1 thing !! I see Barnet have taken Bernard Mensah on loan till Jan, Great acquisition for them he would feed off Akinde superbly. Glad we don't have to play them again. Hope he scores A hat trick against Lincoln on the 4th of Jan , just for some personal retribution ! Good luck Bernie.

It will probably come down to who's fit. Alan has said in one of his interviews that a lot of the players have been playing through injuries. I think that's why Sparky hasn't been given a full game recently. Jordan, Sean, Simeon and Dan W have all been struggling as well - plus Kenny, of course, who's missed the last couple of games. Then there's the question of how fit the long-term returnees Matt and Charlie are.
If everyone's on top of their game I would go for: Nick Ryan, Remy or Omar, Alan, Sam Kenny, Matt James, Simeon, Charlie and Dan S
But I suspect the line-up will be something quite different!

I agree with ironinmeblood's selection. Best options for back four Strong and hard working in the middle - lets not forget they are a League 1 side and we will need to really work our socks off in mid field Pace with Akinola and Walker, and with some real nous (is that how you spell it?)with Strutton up front Sure we will go for it, and about time we got some goals.

I have two different teams, based on tactics: -
If we play the hoof ball that has been evident in recent games, then two capable headers of the ball up front with one with pace to play for the knock on: -
4-3-3 formation
Hamann Peters Massey Sowunmi Habergahm Isaacs Davis Brundle Walker Marks Cox
Subs - Mulley, Sparkes, Paine, Clerima, Pentney, Akinola, Case.
We don't need any wide players as we've been missing them out anyway we all the long ball.
My preferred team, although this depends on not playing long ball, is as follows: -
Hamann Peters Sowumni (Clerima if Omar not allowed to play) Massey Habergham Mulley Davis Isaacs Sparkes Walker Akinola
Subs: Cox, Strutton, Paine, Clerima, Pentney, Paine, Brundle (Marks if Clerima starts)

You cannot seriously start with Marks. Simeon has been our most creative player and can make things happen and must start. I would go 4-4-2 Hamann Peters, Showumni, Massey, Habergham Akinola, Davis, Isaacs, Mulley Cox, Strutton.
